ELLA  KAY

Since starting a youth volunteering program in Bathurst at fifteen, I've spent five years building the events, campaigns and communications that get people to show up for their community: 2,000+ participants, working in 3+ countries, two UN processes, three organisations founded.

Turning bystanders into contributors, committing to thousands of hours of community work

Along the way

Portrait of a young woman with long wavy hair, wearing pearl earrings, a gold necklace, and a white sleeveless top, smiling slightly and looking to the side against a plain white background.
Two women in a room with glass doors, one adjusting the other's shoulder. The woman being adjusted is wearing a tan top and blue jeans. The other woman is wearing a yellow dress. The room has a wooden floor, shoes on a rack, and photos or images on the door glass.

MAKE MOMENTS MATTER

Preliminary Finalist for Miss World Australia

My Beauty with a Purpose campaign, Make Moments Matter, is the public version of what I've been doing for half of my life: mobalising Australians to join community groups, volunteer, and find out what agency in the issues they care about the most feels like. I'm fundraising for Variety, the Children's Charity, through to February. I'd love your help with both.
